Returns

We want you to love your Alira Beauty products. Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetics, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.

Right of Withdrawal

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. Please note that this right does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery — this includes all opened cosmetic products.

Eligibility for Returns

Unopened, unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition that you received them. Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless the item arrived defective or damaged.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your returned item.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at contact@alirabeautyeu.com.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards are non-refundable. Opened or unsealed cosmetic products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
